Internet: Do I need to have Internet access?
No. Pro-Player Plus does not require an Internet connection to operate. However, if there is Internet access at the location, and you'd like remote technical support, then connect Pro-Player Plus to the Internet. Pro-Player Plus has the ability to phone home over a private and secured Virtual Private Network (VPN).
