No, however you can export your Power Point presentation to a video file and play that file on Pro-Player Plus. There are third party applications that allow you export your presentation to HTML and run it on Pro-Player Plus.
You can also use Power Point to create a hybrid presentation that allows you to control your Pro-Player Plus device, over the local network. An example would be clicking a button in your presentation that would also tell Pro-Player Plus to play a certain video.
